Bittersweet moments!!

As another school year is ending... I can only shed a few tears as I think about my first baby girl, Salena going off to Senatobia Middle school next year to be in the 3rd grade. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 I watched my precious little 2nd grader walked up to get her awards that she worked so hard for! Yes, I really did shed a few tears... seems like yesterday we were so excited to be expecting our first child and searching book after book for a such a special name for such a special little girl!!! Salena is so smart... already reading long "chapter" books as she calls them. She loves to announce to me when she has reached a new chapter because she is her Mimi's child thru and thru... she was so very proud of herself when she finished a whole book in 2 hrs.
The other day she was at the calendar counting down the days till school was out....then she said " Mom, I'm gonna miss school. When do we start again?" She wanted to start counting down those days!! lol
I surly don't ... I am ready for the summer to begin so we can have some hot weather fun!! I love Salena with all my heart... she is me made over, inside and out! lol

 

This August my little man Maddox will be going to pre-school K-4.  He is getting so big... and everyday I am learning new little things about him. Someone asked me the other day if he got jealous when we had baby Paisley... NEVER once did the precious little guy get jealous. He loves his sisters with all his heart! He misses Salena everyday she goes to school... he ask "When are we going to get Salena?" EVERYDAY! lol  He also LOVES to say that he will babysit Paisley for me. Yes I know, don't freak out...he only means around the house when I am in another room. haha He will come and let me know everything she is doing and if she is in trouble! lol IT's so sweet!! I love to watch him kiss and love on her so much!
The other day on the way to church he said "Mom, I am going to get the Holy Ghost tonight" It was so sweet. He has prayed for the Holy Ghost before and it was beyond precious... with his little hands raised straight up and saying very loud and clear " I love you Jesus, I love you Jesus" It makes my heart just swell with love for them even more! Maddox is a pure mommy's boy and I wouldn't have it any other way!!! :)

On to Ms. Paisley, who in 18 days will turn the big "1" She is full of life and keeps us laughing every min. She is the fastest crawler in North Mississippi....but hasn't yet started walking. I am wondering if she will before her birthday... the first 2 had just started walking a few weeks before their 1st birthday so I am waiting and wondering! Paisley is just pure beautiful to me, just like the other ones are! She is a very happy baby!! A little Spoiled hehe.... but a TRUE daddies girl thru and thru!!!!  It's precious to watch as he walks in the door she just throws herself at him!!! hehe She also LOVES to eat... she is my fattest baby ever!!! hehe I always wanted a fat baby...if you have food... Paisley is going to want some!!! We have gave her many different things to try and she has liked it ALL.... she has not turned down ANYTHING yet!! lol She will let you know when she is ready for the next bite when you are feeding her... it is to funny!!! lol
Paisley already LOVES church. She waves her hands, sings, and claps during worship service... Its just pure precious.... have I said that yet... that she is just pure precious!!! lol
Well now that she is done with breakfast it is time to move on to something else. Guess its time for me to end these milestone updates!! Need to start the day and see what new adventures we can get into today!

These 3 are my precious dreams come true!!! I always wanted to have a family that I never had and I have it today!!!! GREAT blessings from God above!!! He has been good to me!
Now I won't forget that it all started with my best friend, Andrew Mills. He was sent from heaven above to be my knight and shining armor!!! He didn't come on a white horse but a Toyota Camry was good enough for me! lol
I love him with all my heart!!! It has been a wonderful 10 years and 8 months ... I wouldn't change one day of it.... except his wreck maybe!  But he is a wonderful husband and an awesome father!!!

Crazy from Love and Giggles!!!!

Yesterday evening seem to be a hoot fest for my children!!! I am telling you they were on a roll! I just kept laughing at them and going crazier by the min!
Can't really remember in what order all this took place.... but during the process of finishing up some alteration orders and Salena's homework.

My kids have been playing with this tripod thingy.... but it  hasn't been for taken any pictures. haha It has been used for their Micro phone stand in their own lil church!!! They had a little 2 step step stool pulled up to my coffee table and the tripod set up there on the "PLATFORM" as Salena stated! lol So they take turns... As Sis. Salena sings a special...and let me tell you ...she is a born again worship leader. I feel sorry the day that she really is a worship leader...you have NO choice but to worship!!! ROFL... She was saying "Come on people raise your hands and worship the Lord...Give him the praise.... Let's all come to the front and Praise him... Women on the right and Men on the Left." YEP think she has really be paying attention to pawpaw in church. bahaha And in Salena's church they will save ALOT of money on a PA system cause she WON'T need one!!! I bet the neighbors could hear them. Bro. Maddox was a multi tasker in the church... He played the drums...did some singing and some preaching!! lol And he is his daddy made over... The whole time he is on the "platform" he was looking into the big mirror watching himself. So glad my kids know so much about church and the move of God.

One time Maddox was going around praying for people and he laid hands on Paisley and he started speaking in tongues. It was so cute!!! Andrew and I about feel out of our seats laughing though! lol

Maddox and Paisley were running and crawling around the living room. Paisley has grown fond of her big brother cause she knows he's just plain silly... so every time he comes around her...she lets out a loud happy squeal. haha So Maddox decided to get in her face to make a silly face at her...in the process she grabs his cheeks and bites his nose. hahahahaha So of course he lets out this LOUD UN happy scream! lol Paisley has 2 bottom teeth and 2 new top teeth. lol  But we just laughed about it... he's a good sport.

Next, Maddox is attempting to play tennis in the HOUSE with a pink pong paddle and a little plastic basketball... so he says.... "OK Paisley get ready girl, keep your eye on the ball" BAHAHA  Paisley is in her own little world, pulled up on the coffee table playing with his toy soldiers!!! TO funny AGAIN!

AGAIN, While I was trying to relax in the bed while I was readying.... Maddox and Paisley are playing uproariously... I mean giggles, screams and just plain rough housing in MY bed. hahaha So Andrew calls in and while I am talking... Maddox ask me if it was one of his friends... Caleb.... I told him " No it's daddy" Maddox says " OH MY BAD" BAHAHAHA

I can truly say even though it may drive me crazy every now and again.... I Absolutely LOVE being a MOM!!!!!
My husband ask me the other day if I jump at their every need.... I only could reply with " Sometimes ~ Most times" lol I love to keep my dreams happy!!! I believe its my duty!

Yes I know... I am blogging... I can't believe it either...
After all the years that my sweet mother in love has strongly suggested I am going to blog about my sweet babies. They are such a blessing to me. They are always making me laugh with something they say or something they do. And I am running out of run to put it... so I might have to start blogging everyday just to keep up with them.... especially Maddox.

He is my sweet funny hyper one of the bunch. Something new from him EVERYDAY! His new word these days is "attitude" He will come tell him several times a day.. "Mom Salena is getting an attitude again" hahaha he alone will keep me young from laughing!!! lol

Salena on the other hand is making me feel old everyday and I just want to sit down and shed a tear when I look at how beautiful she is. Such a precious innocent age of 7... WHERE OH where have the years gone?  I feel like it was yesterday that she was just a sweet little toddler running around in her piggy tails....but of course at 7 she is TO OLD for Piggy tails mom! lol

Paisley is crawling and pulling up now at 9 months 10 days. I know in no time she will be walking and running with the others, something she sooooo desperately wants to do! You can just see the sweet twinkle in her eyes.

 I love to watch the LOVE that is exchange between each of my babies.... They just hug and kiss all over their baby sister with all the LOVE they know how! PURE PRECIOUS from the Father above!

I Love my 3 sweet blessings from above!  My dreams come true!!!
